    • First five kids, 3ft. and below are free of charge
    • In excess of the lying capacity, P450/pax will be charged but with maximum of 2 pax/unit only.
    • The resort does not provide extra beds/mattress.
    • CHECK IN TIME IS STRICTLY 3:00 PM. WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE READY ROOMS FOR GUESTS ARRIVING BEFORE CHECK IN TIME.
    • CHECK OUT TIME IS STRICTLY 1:00 PM.
    • REQUEST FOR LATE CHECK-OUT CAN BE ACCOMMODATED SUBJECT TO ROOM AVAILABILITY.

    Reservation Policies

    • 50% downpayment is required upon confirmation/reservation.
    • After 3 days from reservation and still no downpayment, reservation will be automatic cancelled.
    • The Resort will give the Bank details once you are sure to your reservation.
    • All bank charges are to be borne by the depositor.
    • Please email the copy of your DEPOSIT SLIP with GUEST NAME and Booking date at sigayanbayresort@yahoo.com
    • We will email your Confirmation Slip once we verified your deposit into our account.
    • Kindly bring the Confirmation Slip for this will serve as your Reservation receipt.
    • The remaining 50%, excess persons and entrance fee will be collected at the Resort in CASH.
    • The Resort will only accept CASH payment and DEPOSIT.
